Payment
Is via paypal and can be made with any major credit or debit card.
We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch
the goods. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won't be liable for any delay or non-delivery
Shipping
As you go through the checkout process your total postage and packaging costs will be calculated. We send our goods by Royal Mail first class recorded. We ship internationally too.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days and expect delivery
to be within 7 working days.
Prices
All prices are as stated on the andreagarland.co.uk website, although we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
Vintage packaging
The vintage tins, compacts and pill boxes are often one offs and consequently stock will continually change as it's sold. The wonderful uniqueness of these products mean that items listed are totally
random. All packaging is cleaned and sterilised (and lined where appropriate) before being filled.
Insurance
All products are fully insured and compliant with the latest EU Cosmetic Directive.
Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a
full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging, if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice.
You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Please send with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange). This does not affect your statutory rights.
